In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data submitted through this contact form.

1. Personal Data Processed

 

When you submit the contact form, the following data may be collected and processed:

• Full name

• Email address

• The content of your message

2. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• To communicate with you and respond to your inquiries,

• To evaluate your request and provide feedback,

• To establish or maintain potential attorney–client communication.

 

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Your data are processed under Article 5/2(c) and (e) of the KVKK, as processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a potential contractual relationship and for the exercise of a right.
No personal data will be used for marketing or promotional purposes. If you are located within the European Union, processing may also be subject to Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.

4. Data Transfers

 

Your personal data may be processed and stored on servers provided by Wix.com Ltd. due to the website infrastructure. In addition, your data may be stored and managed through secure cloud services such as Google Drive, which is operated by Google LLC. These servers may be located outside Türkiye (for example, in the European Union or the United States). Such international data transfers are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK on cross-border data transfers and with appropriate technical and administrative safeguards in place. Access to the data is restricted to authorized personnel within the law office.

 

5. Retention Period

 

Your personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to achieve the above purposes and will be securely deleted or anonymized thereafter.

 

6. Your Rights

 

Under Article 11 of the KVKK (and Articles 12–22 of the GDPR, where applicable), you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data are being processed,

• Request information about such processing,

• Request correction or deletion of your data,

• Object to unlawful processing,

• Lodge a complaint with the competent authority.​

7. International Users

 

Attorneys registered with bar associations in Türkiye are subject to Turkish law and primarily comply with the provisions of the KVKK. If you are located in the European Union, your personal data will be processed with due regard to GDPR principles; however, the primary legal framework applicable to such processing is Turkish law.
